The current research on valves mainly includes: flow analysis around valves and pressure loss research that affects compressor performance, and impact stress and fatigue research of valve sheet materials that affect compressor reliability.

Air flow pulsation

Air flow pulsation is an important compressor technology. In air flow pulsation, a simulator is used to calculate the natural frequency of the gas column, pulsating pressure, resulting vibration, and the natural frequency of the complex pipeline system, and analyze the dynamic response, so that the pipeline system design is reasonable and the vibration elimination measures are effective.

Compressor frequency The current research work on compressor technology is mainly centered on improving the life and efficiency of the product. The research on improving compressor efficiency includes two situations: one is to optimize the internal factors of the compressor, and the other is to change the compressor structure. For the former, the first step is to analyze the performance of the compressor, which is divided into pressure loss, leakage loss, mechanical loss and motor loss, and optimize the factors affecting it. For the latter, in the intermediate capacity range between rotary compressors and screw compressors, the transition from traditional reciprocating to vortex is an example.

Vibration and noise

Reducing compressor noise has always been a compressor technology with great value. Many articles on turbine casing geometry, vibration and acoustic radiation, electromagnetic noise, cavitation link pipes and air flow pulsation in silencers are all related to noise control.

Friction and lubrication

Friction and lubrication are one of the important directions of current compressor technology research, which is also the pursuit of the dual goals of reducing compressor energy consumption and improving reliability. The structure of the compressor and the compressor oil have a certain impact on friction and lubricating oil.
